Our reception hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Sunday.
Check in is at 2pm and check out is at 10am.
We are pet friendly, however dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and are not permitted inside cabins (except designated dog friendly studios), amenities or the camp kitchen and are only allowed in our pet friendly cabins which are the dog friendly studios and designated sites.
We have a specialty built villa with ramp access and easy access bathroom.
Yes, our guests are able to access free wifi in the park.
No problems! We understand that sometimes things don’t always go to plan. If you’ll be arriving after-hours, please contact reception beforehand so that they can make arrangements for you.
